Commercial shade construction, made for your fence.
A smooth woven outdoor mesh panel is tensioned between the posts you install above your fence. Every part is there to keep it straight, tight and level.
Continuous straps
One length of 1 in webbing runs through the whole top hem and one through the bottom. At each end the same webbing becomes the strap that wraps the post, so there’s no seam to pull loose.
Fiberglass battens
3/8 in round fiberglass rods are sewn into vertical channels beside every post. They keep the panel edges straight under tension.
Inner post pockets
The panel passes in front of and behind each inner post, so it looks the same from both sides. The pocket has about 1.5 in of room to line up with your posts.
Removable end covers
A fabric cover wraps each end post and attaches flat with a 2 in hook-and-loop strip for a finished look. Take it off to adjust the straps.
